There is a $15 per person supplement for more than two persons per room. An 8% city and state room tax is added to the above rate.

WEEKLY RATE:
Off-season can be a very special time to stay in Ashland, when there are fewer visitors and you can experience the area as year round residents do.  Another plus is the economical weekly rate November - March: 30% off regular rates.

DEPOSIT: We will hold your reservation for 5 days pending receipt of one night's rent. The balance is due on arrival. Sorry, no refunds will be made after January 1 unless we are able to book another party for the entire time reserved.

CHECK-IN: Normal check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out is 10:30 a.m. We will try to be flexible with these times if the situation allows. Please ask.

PETS/SMOKING: For the comfort of other guests, we request no smoking inside the house and no pets.
